about

This week MalLabel Music is getting stuck is the sticky sweetness as Los Angeles, California's, Father Bear shows us a day in the life of a hotsteppin' bass mammal as he gets down with a bears favorite lick-able food group.

Father Bear is a furry bass beast with a penchant for laying down some inter-dimensional forest wisdom over bass so good the woodland critters come running towards the sound system. Ravers and creatures of the outdoors alike know they are safe in the company of Father Bears's open and loving intentions as they run with an idea of getting weird together to some wonky ass bass and unifying our collective vibration. His positive energy and badboi bass has been captivating audiences across the country and we're stoked to share with you the newest in goods to take to a dance floor near you!

His new EP, Honey Drippin' takes Trap and Hybrid bass and splices glitched out vocal cuts all over the mix in that big bass, hands up kinda business. The title track drops it way low to get that booty bouncin' right all night while 'Get Weird' picks it way up with big room atmospheric vocal manipulated leads. 'Trappin' Bears' brings the Purps to the Trap game with some huge ominous synthwork before 'Twerk City' well... that probably needs no explanation, but your ass will have it's work cut out for it. Finally, 'Unsung Heroes' is an uplifting reminder that we are all in this together and we gotta fight for each other. All the right goods for a good time in the woods. Get some.
