MalLabel Music is getting tripped out in the hood this week with a fresh drop from our newest member of the MalFam bass junkies. Get ready for some low end hustle from Ashland, Oregon's N.O.X..

Steadily making waves from Seattle to the Bay, this man from the hills has been spreading his bassbin addiction to the masses for just a few short years and picking up steam along the way. Bass is king in the West Coast scene and N.O.X. has rocked the block with more than a few of it's royal members for good reason. Since his first album entitled '93=418' he's been rocking singles and remixes to keep that blood pumpin' and his newest EP has five low end rollers to keep the dance floors bumpin'.

Ararita has got a whole lot of boom for any subwoofer big enough to handle the room with a fat 808 workin' that Trap sound through a range of tripped out beats. 'Run Tings' gets right into it with sequenced Trap vocal stabs and a phat bassline while 'Yeah!' takes the vibe's trippier elements for a glitchy little walk. 'SHIIIIIT!' (and I know you know how to pronounce that) tells it like it is and gets hallucinatory with it while keepin' it hood before takes it the rest of the way with a slick Trip-Hop and Trap Hybrid. 'S(witch) Blip' takes it to the next level of creep with a carnival of horrors vibe before we we come to 'K Hole' which is a fitting end, track and title, to a messed up ride of bass and psychedelia through and through as a kaleidoscope of robotic insects circle around your head while you fall farther into it. You want a little bass with your trip? You got it.
