about

Keith Crawford aka LAZY K comes from Austin TX – the music capital of the USA. His production, on the other hand, comes from another world – A dark industrial place, drenched in fiery bass where rhythm and groove hammer their way through a bubbling pool of searing hot synth lava. A bombardment of lasers drills deep into a goldmine of digital heavy metal. There is definitely nothing lazy about it unless you’re the type of person who might sleep in late through a prison riot.

His latest EP “Sirens” keeps this bass driven edge razor sharp. For those of us who paid attention during Greek mythology we know that Sirens were dangerous and beautiful creatures who lured nearby sailors with their enchanting music and voices to their shipwrecked grave on the rocky coast of their island shores. Lazy K’s sirens might not have the same effect on sailors but manage to keep the tradition of being twisted and sinister alive. With haunting cries and menacing growls they lure you into a boiling sea of crashing sound- waves. Sink or swim – it won’t make a difference once you are seduced.
