about

This week MalLabel Music has got the straight dope with a legit full length Hip-Hop album as St. Louis, Missouri's, Nameless The Rebel shows us what Hip-Hop and R&B sounds like when the studio gets lit up by the truth of the light within.

As only the latest in his music projects, Nameless The Rebel is no stranger to inspirational creations in the form of melodious soundscapes as the harmonies of synthetic elements play upon them. This project entwines these elements with the most powerful sonic communication in our arsenals, the human voice. Together he blends a blunt observation of our reality that flows from the lips of a soul speaking a truth that is all too real. We couldn't be more stoked to release the premiere album from what is poised to be the next big thing for all of us to escape to when we need to feel someone understands.

The album, Loner, takes a long walk through a short time through the eyes of what could be any of us on any given week. Taking the time to lyrically impress the emotion, or lack thereof, that we all feel sometimes when we are just trying to get by in a world that only cares about you if you are prepared to make it. A 'what it's like,' heart on his sleeve approach to story telling goes from sad realities and vulnerability to candid depictions of raunchy nights out and confessions of incivility making it all that much more human. This album contains some of the most true to life moments in Hip-Hop narratives I've heard in quite some time. If you like keeping it real sometimes, this album is for you.
